TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

By registering with Tekkers Academy (the Academy), all participants and their parents or guardians agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

All payments are non refundable.

Missed sessions may:

• Be made up within the same term, subject to availability and prior notice

• Or be credited to the following term for medical reasons only, with a valid medical note

Any flexibility is offered strictly at the Academy’s discretion.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND DISRUPTIONS

The Academy will aim to deliver all sessions as scheduled. However, sessions may be cancelled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Government restrictions

• Facility or pitch availability

• Coach illness

• Operational issues

In such cases:

• Sessions may be rescheduled where possible

• No refunds will be issued

• The Academy is not liable for any indirect costs or inconvenience

4. REGIONAL SAFETY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Due to current or potential regional tensions or safety concerns, the Academy reserves the right to:

• Suspend operations temporarily

• Change locations or schedules

• Close the Academy if necessary

In such situations:

• No refunds will be provided

• Credits or rescheduling may be offered at the Academy’s discretion

The safety of players, families, and staff is the Academy’s priority.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY AND HEALTH

Players must be physically fit to participate.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.

Participation is at the player’s own risk. Football is a physical sport and carries inherent risks.

6. BEHAVIOUR POLICY

All players, parents, and spectators must:

• Show respect to coaches, players, and staff

• Follow academy rules and instructions

• Maintain good sportsmanship

The Academy has zero tolerance for bullying, violence, or disruptive behaviour.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

7. EQUIPMENT AND DRESS CODE

Players must wear appropriate football kit and footwear and bring required equipment such as shin pads and water.

Jewellery and unsafe items are not permitted during sessions.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By registering, participants and parents or guardians agree that photos and videos may be taken during sessions and used for marketing and promotional purposes.

To opt out, written notice must be provided.

10. LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating, players and parents or guardians accept all risks associated with football training and release Tekkers Academy, its staff, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage.

11. PROGRAM CHANGES

The Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, coaches, locations, and program structure where necessary.

12. AGREEMENT

By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
